Transforming communities through territorial security

Territorial insecurity perpetuates poverty and limits development. At OA7 Ingenierías, we connect geospatial technology with social needs, helping rural and marginalized urban families in the Ecuadorian Andes and Amazonia access property titles through affordable and reliable cadastral studies.

The right to land is the first step towards a future with opportunities.

Our Impact in Figures

Since 2022, our projects have enabled over 1,300 people in rural and marginalized urban areas to access cadastral studies and land legalization processes. Each case represents a story of transformation: families who now have legal security over their homes, can access credit, invest in their future, and break the cycle of poverty.

We believe that engineering should be a tool for equity. That's why we prioritize women heads of household and historically excluded communities in our projects. Our methodology ensures that these populations not only access services but also actively participate in every stage of the process, strengthening their leadership and autonomy.

At OA7, we have built a unique model that combines advanced technology — such as drones, GNSS, and data analysis — with a deeply social approach. We don't just apply technical solutions; we do so with territorial, cultural, and human awareness. Our goal is not just to measure land, but to generate real transformation.

Our social innovation model has been recognized by Echoing Green, one of the world's most important organizations in impact investment. Their support allows us to scale our operations, strengthen our alliances, and continue bringing technical solutions where they are most needed. This funding validates our vision and drives us to continue generating change.
